“VigourFest” was the the official launch of Vigour Projects: the first ever not-for-profit organization of its kind using music as a vehicle to build heart-healthy communities. VigourFest was a fundraising concert whose proceeds supported the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. The concert promoted great music, great artists, and great health through a variety of heart-healthy food samples and information from the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Musicians included Aaliah Michaela, Adrian Anantawan, Dan Dwoskin, David Alter, Mark Weinstock, Dave Saslove, Josh Engel, and Cassandra Henry (the winner of the early-bird Meatless Music 4 Mondays song contest)!
