Jeff Weisbrot

Jeff, a pediatrician from Toronto, Canada has been playing and composing music for most of his life. A passionate pianist, Jeff’s first CD entitled, “First Step” was released in 2007 (co-written and co-produced with David Saslove). Jeff’s music, categorized as ‘Easy Listening’ genre, hits all the moods, from relaxation (“Peaceful Sleep”; “Classical Twist”) to melancholic (“Broken Heart”) through to Euphoric (“Boundless Energy”). His music has been described as ‘music therapy for the soul’.

Jeff’s Connection to Health

For Jeff, music maintains cognitive and emotional balance. Music composition provides Jeff with mental focus and attentiveness. “Music keeps my A.D.D in-check”, says Jeff. Aside from dedicating his personal career to the practice of medicine, Jeff is a staunch supporter of his local community hospital, York Central Hospital. Jeff will donate proceeds from his music to help support his hospital, and to help support colorectal cancer research, a disease that not only inflicts thousands, but one that took the life of his father.
