Andy Kostek

Andy Kostek has been involved with music for over 20 years. Andy started playing in bands in the early 80s. Andy has played in venues ranging from the smallest café bars to major fairs. Back in the early 90s, Andy gave music a rest to study for his career, but missing it so much jumped back in, playing with a few local bands, doing the pub rounds in the south of England. Andy mostly enjoyed the smaller, more “close” venues where the audience was practically on the stage but has been equally happy helping other musicians as a session player or sound engineer. Andy’s first album has received much airplay and Andy has been featured on a number of stations Air FM (Dublin) Artist of the week, and by the BBC. Andy released his second album, My Mirage. in early 2010, and is also now involved in artist development.
